Shipping policy
At Del Cauca, we handle every order with care and precision to ensure a smooth delivery experience. Below you will find detailed information about our order processing, delivery times, tracking, and made-to-order items.
Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
In most cases, your order will be shipped within 24 hours.
Because of this fast processing time, you have up to 24 hours after placing your order to request any changes or cancellations. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
If you wish to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. While we always do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee the full 24-hour window.
Shipping Destinations
We are pleased to offer free international shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery times:
- Netherlands, Belgium & Germany: 2–6 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
- United Arab Emirates: 4–7 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3–6 business days
- Rest of World: 4-7 business days

No Hidden Costs
We believe in transparency and honesty, the price you see at checkout is the final cost. There are no hidden fees, customs duties, or import charges. You will not need to pay anything extra when your order arrives.
While we do everything we can to ensure smooth delivery, please note that customs procedures in certain countries may occasionally cause a short delay.
Address Changes & Tracking
Once your order is placed, we immediately begin processing it.
You will receive a tracking link via email once your package has been handed over to our delivery partner, allowing you to follow its journey to your door.
If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@delcauca.com. We will do our utmost to help before the order is dispatched, but once it has shipped, no changes can be made.
Made-to-Order Items
To reduce waste and prevent overproduction, Del Cauca operates a made-to-order model for selected pieces. When a product is made to order, this will be clearly stated in the product description, along with an estimated production date.
The production time is approximately 3 weeks from the date of purchase.
Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched following our standard shipping times. If your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are ready.
