Shipment & orders
Shipping costs vary by country. Please check our shipping policy for more information.
We offer worldwide shipping, but please note that there are select countries where delivery may not be possible at present.
We offer delivery to pick-up points in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Denmark. Ordering from another country? If you're not at home during an unsuccesful delivery attempt, some carriers may automatically deliver your parcel to a nearby pick-up point. With certain carriers such as FedEx, you might even be able to redirect your delivery to a pick-up point via the tracking link once your order is on its way. Make sure not to enter a pick-up point address as your shipping address during checkout, as this may prevent you from collecting your order. In these cases, we won't be able to resend it.
As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code, so that you can track the shipment of your Del Cauca package. Alternatively, you can check your order status on this page.
Once your order is placed, we will immediately start with fulfilling it in order to provide you with the fastest delivery time possible. Therefore, your order cannot be changed once it is placed.
We always send an automatic confirmation email right after you place your order. This email includes your order number and a summary of your purchase.
If you haven’t received it, make sure to check your spam or junk folder — it often ends up there. Still can't find it? Feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Exchanges & returns
At Del Cauca, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can start a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order through our Returns center page. To be eligible, items must be in original condition with tags attached.
We believe in mindful shopping — repeated trial-and-return orders impact sustainability. For any product issues or quality concerns, feel free to reach out to us directly.
Returning or exchanging your products is very easy. All exchanges/returns start by submitting them online first. Simply enter your order number and email on the Returns center page, and the rest of the instructions will follow.
Returns and exchanges are free within The Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, unless the item was purchased during a discounted promotion or sale. In that case, the return costs are the responsibility of the sender.
For other countries return costs are not covered by us.
If you encounter any issues or are unable to submit your return online, please reach out to us via info@delcauca.com.
After submitting your return or exchange request, you’ll receive a return barcode or label by email — but only if the item was purchased at full price without any discounts or promotions. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process it as quickly as possible.
For exchanges, the new product is shipped by placing a new order — this allows us to send it out smoothly as part of a regular shipment.
If it’s a refund, the amount will be returned to your account within 10 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email in both cases.
Payments & discounts
At Del Cauca, you can pay safely and easily using iDEAL, Klarna (Pay Later), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, EPS, Shop Pay, and major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Please note: available payment methods may vary depending on your country.
If you haven't done so yet, you can sign up for our newsletter to receive a 10% welcome discount. At times, we do offer certain promotions or discounts, which we also communicate via our newsletters.
Products
Del Cauca products are exclusively available through our official website. We don’t have any physical stores (yet), so the only place to shop our full collection — including limited editions — is online at delcauca.com.

At Del Cauca, we carefully select only high-quality materials for our products — including organic cotton and recycled fibers. For detailed information about the materials and fabric composition, check the "Fit, Size & Material" section on each individual product page.
At Del Cauca, we work closely with trusted production partners in both Portugal and Italy. We carefully select each supplier and maintain long-term relationships built on quality and craftsmanship. You'll find details about where each item is made on its dedicated product page.
To keep your Del Cauca pieces in top condition, we recommend following the care instructions provided on each product page and on the wash care labels inside every garment. These guidelines are tailored to each item, so you can preserve the quality, fit, and feel for as long as possible.

On social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp, we always use a blue verification checkmark to show that the account is officially ours. If you don’t see that blue check, it’s not us.

Del Cauca designs tailored clothing for men who want to look sharp and feel confident. Our pieces have a slim fit — not too tight, not too loose — crafted to give you a serious, well-put-together look. We recommend choosing the size you normally wear.
Prefer a more relaxed fit? Then we suggest ordering one size up.
Every item is designed in-house by Del Cauca, following European fit standards for the perfect balance of comfort and structure.
Each product page on our website includes a size tool that helps you find the right fit based on your height, weight, and preferred fit.
Prefer to compare measurements? You can also use the size chart on the product page to match our garments with pieces you already own.

No — as long as you follow the care instructions, your Del Cauca pieces won’t shrink. We use a pre-shrink process, where the fabrics are treated before sewing. This ensures the garment retains its size and fit after purchase.
It’s a more expensive production method, but it sets us apart from other brands — and guarantees you receive high-quality clothing that fits just right.
Should your preferred size or desired length not be offered right now, please note that we take feedback from our customers into account to inform any potential expansion of the sizes and lengths we offer. You can provide this feedback to us in the case of a return by selecting the respective reason for the return, by leaving a comment, or by directly reaching out to our customer service team. We also recommend subscribing to our newsletter, so that you can stay informed on product news.
Please note that for every Del Cauca product, a different fit may apply. We therefore always recommend checking the size chart if you're interested in purchasing a new type of Del Cauca product.
