Return policy
At Del Cauca, we want you to feel fully confident with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to do so.
Free Returns
Returns are free of charge on all regular-priced items. For items purchased during sales or promotions, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Our team will guide you through the process and provide access to our Return Portal, where you can easily download a prepaid return label and register your return.
For discounted items, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Options
Once your return has been received and approved by our quality control team (which can take up to 5 business days), your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds can be issued in two ways:

Store Credit: Instantly added to your Del Cauca account, offering faster access and exclusive benefits on future purchases.

Bank Refund: Returned to your original payment method, with processing times depending on your bank (up to 10 business days).
Conditions for Returns
To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure that:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- The original hangtags are still attached.
- The item has no strong odors (such as perfume, smoke, or body scent).
- The item includes all original packaging and accessories.
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless defective.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Returns must always be shipped to our designated return address. If you send a package to our office address on your own initiative, we will not be able to process your return. Always use the return label and address provided by us.
How to Start a Return

Contact Us: Email our team at info@delcauca.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Receive the Return Portal Link: We’ll share the link to our Return Portal, where you can download your prepaid label and register your return.

Prepare & Ship: Pack your item carefully, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@delcauca.com. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, return shipping is always free in such cases.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size or style.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase at no charge. Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. At this point, resources have already been allocated to production, handling, and logistics.
In the event that a cancellation request is submitted, Del Cauca reserves the right to retain 15% of the total order value to cover incurred operational costs.
Additional Information
Please keep your return tracking code until your refund has been confirmed. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact our Customer Service for assistance.
