Returns and Refund Policy
1. General Terms and Conditions
At our webshop we strive to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your order under the following conditions.
2. Return period
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. The 30-day return period starts on the day you receive the last shipment of your order.
3. Returns Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The original invoice or a copy thereof must be included with the return shipment.
- Underwear, swimwear and personalized products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
4. Returns process
- To register a return, please contact us at info@delcauca.com or complete the return form enclosed with your order.
- You will receive a confirmation and instructions from us for the return.
- Please pack the items carefully and return them to the specified address in the Netherlands.

5. Return costs
- For returns within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, the return costs are at our expense, returns are free of charge .
- If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will pay for the return shipping. In this case, you will receive a pre-paid return label.
- Please note: During promotions where the product is discounted, return costs are for the sender.
6. Refund
- Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receipt of the return shipment.
- The refund will be made via the same payment method you used for the purchase. Depending on the payment method used, it may take a few days for the amount to appear on your account.
- Any shipping charges on the original order will not be refunded unless the entire order is returned.
7. Exchange
- If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the same steps as for a return and place a new order for the desired item.
- The same conditions apply to exchanges as to returns.
8. Damaged or Wrong Items
- If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will ensure that the problem is resolved as soon as possible.
9. Exceptions
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if the above conditions are not met.
- Items returned outside of the return period or not in their original condition are not eligible for refund or exchange.
