Return policy
1. General Terms
At our webshop, we aim for you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not happy, you can return or exchange your order under the following conditions.
2. Return Period
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason. The 30-day return period starts on the day you receive the final shipment of your order.
3. Conditions for Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

The original invoice or a copy must be included with the return.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and personalized products cannot be returned.

Please also email us several photos of the received product.

Return instructions will be provided at the end of the return form.

Pack the items carefully and send them to the return address in the Netherlands:

Once the return form has been completed and you've informed us via email, you may return the package on your own initiative.
5. Return Costs

For returns from the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, we cover the return costs — returns are free.

If you received the wrong item, we will cover the return costs and send you a prepaid return label.

Important: During promotional periods with discounted products, return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Refunds are processed within 5 days of receiving the return.

The refund will be issued via the original payment method used. Depending on your payment method, it may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account.

Any original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the entire order is returned.

For discounted products, refunds are issued in store credit only.
7. Exchanges

Want to exchange an item for a different size or color? Follow the same steps as a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll ensure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
9. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the above conditions are not met.
Items returned outside the return period or not in original condition are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
